Custom Moodle App

I have a Joomla/Joomdle/Moodle site. I am interested in having a custom/branded Moodle app. It seems that the Moodle app is provided by https://moodle.com/app/ and it limits the number of active devices. We want an unlimited amount of active devices and for it to be branded. I need advice on the best way for us to do this. I am not sure if we should host the app ourselves or use a third party. We would want to test it first. We have a staging site. Only apply for this job if you have designed more that one Moodle app.
