Create learning management system content

Hi we are looking for a freelancer to help us to facilitate a group of our expert clinicians to adapt mico credential short courses in a manner suitable for moodle or other learning management systems. Would require advice on what platforms information should be provided and how to incoporate simple quiz and certificate generation etc and how to host it on one of our current websites. Quote should be per package constructed. Current example would be a 20 slide powerpoint, narration by an expert. 10 question MCQ and generation of a certificate that learners could purchase as a single micro course.
