Content Development for School Drop-Out Students -- 2

I am looking to have content developed for school drop-outs with the goal of engaging, motivating, and inspiring them. Specifically, I need someone to create eBooks that have clear objectives that I will provide. The target audience for this content is school drop-outs. This project should use language, design, and format that communicates with and resonates with this audience. The resulting eBooks should be educational in nature, but also engaging and inspiring.
