Configure Microsoft OAuth2 (SSO) in Moodle and convert manual users to OAuth2

I am looking for somebody who has already configured Microsoft OAuth 2.0 in Moodle and who can also convert currently enrolled manual users to OAuth 2.0 so they can see the courses they are registered/enrolled on.
I have already configured OAuth 2.0 with Microsoft in my Moodle 4.0 instance and I can log in by clicking the Microsoft button. However, the students are not able to see the courses even after they are linked.
