We're looking for a talented freelancer to help us design, set up and manage an innovative and comprehensive Recruitment Academy using the powerful Moodle platform.
Join us to shape the future of recruitment training, empowering aspiring recruiters with essential skills and knowledge!
This platform will be used for training new recruiters, continuous education for our current staff and creating certification programs.
Additionally, we plan to sell courses through this academy.
Key responsibilities / What You’ll Do:
- Build & Configure: Set up our Recruitment Academy on Moodle, creating a seamless, engaging learning environment.
- Setting up the Moodle platform with all the necessary features including interactive quizzes, video tutorials, discussion forums, and more.
- Migrating a considerable amount of existing content onto the new platform. -( 95%+ of the course content is already in our possession )
- Ensuring the platform is user-friendly and engaging for all types of learners.
- Design Courses & Curriculum: Collaborate with our team to develop courses that cover recruitment essentials, industry insights and best practices.
- Show us how to Manage Content & User Experience: Oversee the day-to-day management of the platform, ensuring a top-notch experience for learners.
- Enhance User Engagement: Use your creativity to incorporate gamification, quizzes and interactive elements that keep learners motivated and engaged.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Ensure smooth platform functionality and troubleshoot as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For / Ideal skills and experience::
- Moodle Expertise: Extensive and Proven experience in setting up and managing Moodle or similar LMS platforms.
- Content Development Skills: Knowledge of course design and instructional techniques for creating engaging, impactful learning modules.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of LMS integrations, user management and customization options to tailor the platform to our needs.
- Recruitment Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus, but not essential.
