Amazon Rekognition for Moodle

I am looking for someone to help me improve the integrated Amazon Rekognition on my Moodle system. The integration will use cloud computing and I will provide existing data or images to be used with Amazon Rekognition. I need to fine tune the authentication and exam proctoring system. I'm looking for someone experienced with this type of project that can complete it quickly and to the highest quality.
