Alumni Website on moodle
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
i am looking for a developer that can build a dynamic website from ground up. complete with a CMS and payment system. i dont want WP but will consider a PHP based technology. Moodle preferably. This is a low budget project and should be treated as such.
