Web Application (MERN stack) => Project: Recording workers time entries and time exits from a company
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Existing MongoDB database already contains some stored record samples of worker entries & exits (e.g. using their Card IDs on companies card sensors).
Each entry in our database contains the following complete information:
Name,
Surname,
User Role (administrator, entrance guard or worker),
Worker ID (e.g. 1, 2, 3, etc.),
Gate ID (Gate A, B or C),
Location (same city location for all),
Worker's Card ID,
Entry Date,
Entry Time & Exit Time,
8 hour work day completed (Yes or No).
Web Application will be used by 3 User Roles:
1) Administrators - they have all privileges = must be able to:
login to account,
change password,
add or remove another administrator account or another entrance guard account or another worker account,
able to view all entries in our database on a particular date (select entries per page 10, 25, 50, default 100),
also able to filter an employee for a specific date range (e.g. last 30 days in the calendar),
able to add entry record or exit record for anyone but only on current work day.
2) Entrance guards - partially restricted privileges = must be able to:
login to account with provided password,
change password,
able to view all entries in our database on a particular date (select entries per page 10, 25, 50, default 100),
also able to filter an employee for a specific date range,
add entry record or exit record for anyone but only on current work day.
3) Regular workers - restricted privileges = must be able to:
login to account with provided password,
change password,
view only own records for a specific date range.
When using this Web Application for login, the user will be prompted to enter the following information:
Name,
Surname,
User Role,
Worker ID,
Password.
Users cannot view unauthorized pages.
Company logo provided in the attachment.
Development technology can be partially changed if You have some better idea for this project.
