Shopify Gift Voucher QR Code Tool

Project Goal

We need a professional-grade tool that:

- generates dynamic QR codes for vouchers,
- manages and links them to Shopify products or orders,
- sends personalized voucher PDFs via email,
- allows team-level access and user data modification,
- and provides a clean, CI-compliant UI.

The project includes modernizing and integrating existing QR code logic and expanding it with new functionality – all within a single, reliable tool.

Project Scope / Features to be Included

The following functions should be included in the tool:
- QR Code Engine (new implementation with migration of old codes)
- Automatic PDF generation for voucher emails
- Email dispatch via Mailjet, including list management and cleanup
- Login system with “stay logged in” functionality
- Team dashboard with hand scanner support
- Ability to edit license plates and user data (for campaigns like “Mega Deal”)
- Correct VAT/tax display in Shopify checkout

- Integration of legal content (e.g. Terms & Conditions)
- Design overhaul according to corporate identity guidelines
- Custom confirmation email template in Shopify

Tech Stack / Used Systems
- Shopify (incl. Admin API, Liquid templates, Shopify Webhook)
- React (Web frontend)
- MongoDB (Backend database)
- Mailjet (Transactional email + contact list management)
- Integration of hand scanner input via Web API

Fixed Project Budget

This includes planning, development, testing, Shopify integration, and final handoff of the complete tool and all listed features.

Who We're Looking For
- Strong experience with Shopify integrations & APIs
- Proficiency in React and MongoDB
- Familiarity with email providers like Mailjet (or similar)
- Clean, structured development approach
- Focus on data privacy, performance, and usability
