Project Description:
We are building a web-based career counselling aggregator for India — similar to Airbnb/UrbanCompany — but focused on connecting parents and students (grades 8–12) with certified independent counsellors and counselling institutes.

Scope Includes:
User-facing Modules:

Parent registration & student profile creation
-Search & filter counsellors/institutes by grade, service type, location, availability
-View detailed provider profiles
-Booking engine with calendar + online payment (Razorpay preferred)
-Rating & review system (post-session)

Counsellor/Institute Module:
Profile setup (with certification upload)
Availability calendar
Accept/reject bookings
Dashboard for upcoming sessions, profile editing, ratings

Admin Panel:
Approve/reject counsellors
View users, sessions, revenue
Manage disputes and content

Preferred Tech Stack:
Frontend: React.js + Tailwind CSS
Backend: Node.js + Express
Database: MongoDB
Auth: JWT + Mobile OTP (Twilio or MSG91)
Hosting: AWS / Vercel / DigitalOcean
Payment: Razorpay (primary), Paytm (optional)
Email: SendGrid / Mailgun

Deliverables:
Full-stack web application (mobile-first responsive design)
Admin panel (basic but functional)
Code deployment (GitHub + hosting)
Source code & documentation
Basic testing for booking flow, profile search, and payments

Timeline:
Looking to start immediately. MVP to be completed in 8–10 weeks max.
