Need a VERY STRONG React MERN Dev: Next.js 14 / MongoDB / Auth.js(v5) / Typescript / TailwindCSS

I've got two projects that we are starting from that are both of which are open source and will be hiring two different Freelancers for this gig.
This specifically is: Next.js, MongoDB (with either Mongoose or Prisma), Auth.js V5 latest, TailwindCSS and in addition, we need a couple of other NPMs (Shadcn/UI, Framer Motion) and a Headless CMS for the backend (probably Strapi) along with tRPC and Stripe. You MUST use Typescript and know what you are doing in terms of best practices with Next.js, building projects that scale, organizing the folders and files properly, etc.
In both cases of these projects, it will be smartest to start from a fresh install and totally just follow the project in terms of layout, structure features and improvements that need to happen. The YouTube Vids were done in like 10 hours, so this should NOT be a major undertaking. I'm expecting you to deliver the same application as finished BUT, with their Auth and DB replaced. Whatever was being used, you'll use MongoDB and Auth.JS. In addition, I'm going to have you add all the back-end features necessary with Strapi connected to MongoDB as well.
You can download and check the projects in these two GitHub Repos and there's YouTube Walkthroughs, but of course they aren't on the current technologies and not as specified above, so not sure how useful they'll be:

Please don't write me some stupid long and stock response. I'm looking to use this project as a test, as I have TONS of future work available assuming you do good work. We will provide you with an Empty Repo on Github, and we expect you to REALLY USE GIT PROPERLY... lots of little commits, lots of code pushing... This is NOT an option. If you tell me you push "once a day, or twice a day"... just don't bid.
If you don't know how DevOps works, you are nuts. We have to roll back changes and it's horrible to do with 4 hours of edits all in one commit. Additionally, we will be providing you with all the other pieces you need for testing and development. Our MongoDB, A Slack Channel, and Our GitHub account. If you don't use these or know how to use them... please just don't bid.
I don't need a major write up of all your experience in Angular, Vue, etc... This is a very specific tech stack and I expect you to go through the URLS provided above and give me two prices. One price for each of the projects based on your assessment of the project. I'm willing to consider giving an agency both projects if the timing and pricing looks good!.
