Need a MERN stack developer for the app performance improvement and mongoDB optimization.

We are looking for an experienced MERN Full Stack Developer to help us to improve the performance of the existing MERN stack application.
We have an existing production running MERN stack application . We are using Atlas MongoDB as a database and the application is processing a huge amount of events data stream which is impacting the performance of the application and causing slowness.
This performance improvement and database code optimization may include NodeJs app modification [Models, controllers] or database schema change.
We have already had app review sessions on database and application with Atlas MongoDB experts and attaching documents for the feedback and improvement areas.
Once you complete this fixed price work, we will have one more consultation meeting with Atlas MongoDB experts and review the solutions. Project will NOT be completed until all the findings are fixed, application performance and event data stream processing is improved like real-time and the same is verified by our internal QA team and Atlas MongoDB experts.
