MongoDB Data Migration Support

I manage the backend of our application in MongoDB and now need a specialist to handle an upcoming data-migration cycle. The goal is to move existing collections to a new cluster, keep every document intact, and minimize downtime for the live service.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Plan and execute the full MongoDB data migration, including export, import, and validation steps.
• Set up any necessary staging or temporary environments to ensure a smooth cut-over.
• Document the process clearly so I can repeat or audit it later.
I’ll provide direct access to the current and target databases, plus a quick overview of our schema. You’ll be collaborating with me—fluency in either French or Arabic is a bonus because those are the primary languages on our team.
