Mockrise Interview Platform Development

I need a professional full-stack developer to build Mockrise, a web platform that lets trainees practise real-time interviews while interviewers and admins manage the entire flow from purpose-built dashboards. The application must feel fast, modern, and completely responsive, so the UI will be written in React with TypeScript, bundled by Vite, and styled with Tailwind CSS and shadcn-ui. Visual flourishes such as animated 3-D assets will rely on React Three Fiber.

On the server side, you will spin up a Node.js + Express API backed by MongoDB. Security is non-negotiable: JWT-based sessions, Google and GitHub OAuth, role-based access control, and fully protected routes are all required. Nodemailer will handle email verification links and password-reset flows, and every endpoint should be documented and validated through a Postman collection.

Dashboard behaviour is already mapped out. Trainees need to see upcoming and past interview slots, review feedback and scores, and open curated training materials. Interviewers should be able to schedule new sessions, submit feedback and scores, and drill into each trainee’s interview history and profile. Admins will get the usual user-management and system-monitoring views.

Clean, modular architecture is expected so future developers can extend features with minimal friction. Commented code, meaningful commit messages, and environment-specific configuration files will be part of the hand-off.
