Maintain & Enhance OpusHub Platform
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
OpusHub is live and already supporting businesses with daily checklists, SOPs and training workflows, but a backlog of functional bugs is standing between us and a truly polished experience. I have detailed documentation for every known issue, so you’ll be able to dive straight into the code with clear priorities.
OpusHub isn’t a general to-do app, it’s built specifically for businesses with repeatable daily operations. It focuses on checklists that reset every day, with smart task visibility rules, SOP and policy integration, and a built-in training/learning centre so staff know how to complete each task correctly. Managers also get real-time oversight of task completion and staff compliance, which most generic task apps don’t provide.
The stack is React + TypeScript on the front end, Node.js on the back end, with MongoDB handling data. Your first mission is to work through the documented bugs that affect core features, stabilise the platform and leave it release-ready. Clean, well-commented commits and sensible use of Git branches are important, as is an eye for performance and maintainability—once the bugs are under control we’ll move on to optimisation, UI refinement and new feature work. A mobile version is also on the horizon, so familiarity with React Native or similar will be a plus.
I’m interested in a long-term partnership: once you prove you can take ownership of the existing codebase, I’ll rely on you for ongoing improvements, roadmap features and general support. If you’re comfortable jumping into a mature codebase, communicating clearly and delivering reliable fixes that can be verified against the provided documentation, let’s talk.
