Build a website similar to https://www.photofeeler.com/
Signup is required using Social Login with Facebook, or Linkedin. Once a user is signed up, they select when voting in dating show, male, female or both. Business and Social categories will show both males and females for everyone. They then choose their age bracket 0>18 18>25, 25>34 34>45 and 45+. When they post a photo the choose a category Business, Dating, or Social and the age of users they want to rate them. Users can rate photos out of 10 for these 3 metrics in each of these categories out of 10. They can also tag preset comments or write a custom comment, such as selfie or too zoomed in. They get 1 karma to get their photos rated by others for every 5 photos they rate. They can also payby buying credits to get their photo rated. A payment portal will need to be setup for this.
