EC2 Load Balancer Setup

I need assistance setting up a load balancer on two EC2 servers (t3a.xlarge x 2). Both servers will have the same MongoDB, and I want to ensure that read and write operations are balanced between them to keep resource usage below 50%.

Requirements:
- Load balancing method: Round-robin
- Handle both HTTP and HTTPS traffic
- Implement security measures: SSL/TLS encryption and DDoS protection
