Fullstack NextJS project - Applicant Tracking System [SAAS]

I'm seeking an experienced full stack developer to create a serverless application using NextJS. The project is an Applicant Tracking System (SAAS) with the following core features:

- User authentication: Secure login for different user roles.
- Subscription management: Different pricing tiers for various levels of service.
- Candidate Management: A comprehensive system for tracking job applicants.
- Interview Scheduling: A built-in calendar for organizing interviews.
- Hiring Manager review
- Resume parsing

Ideal candidates for this project should have:

- Proficiency in NextJS and MongoDB.
- Experience with serverless architecture and deployment on Vercel.
