Full-Stack Migration to Vercel
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m ready to move my entire application—both the front-end and the back-end—off its current ai lovable setup and deploy it on Vercel with MongoDB as the data store. The existing build runs smoothly, so the main priority is to reproduce everything exactly as it works today while switching the underlying infrastructure.
Core elements that must remain intact
• User Authentication: existing login / signup flow, password handling, and any social-login hooks.
• API Integrations: every external service the app already calls needs to function the same way, with keys, webhooks, and rate limits preserved.
• Data Analytics: current tracking events and reporting pipelines must stay live so we don’t lose historical insights or break dashboards.
Expected deliverables
1. Replicate the production front-end on Vercel, mapped to my domain.
2. Port the back-end code to Vercel serverless functions (or another Vercel-compatible approach) and wire it to MongoDB.
3. Migrate the existing database records into MongoDB without data loss.
4. End-to-end testing to confirm authentication, all APIs, and analytics events behave exactly as before.
5. A hand-off guide covering environment variables, build commands, and rollback steps.
