Full-Stack Event Management System Build

Job ID: 40010681

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m ready to commission a complete Event Management System that takes a user from sign-up to ticket in hand without friction. The stack is set—NestJS on Node.js with MongoDB—and I need a developer who can turn the following blueprint into a production-ready web app.

Authentication & Roles
• JWT-based sign-up / log-in with three roles: Attendee, Organizer, and Admin.
• Only Organizers create, update, or delete events; Admins remain supervisory.

Event & Ticket Flow
• The platform must handle Conferences, Concerts, and Workshops out of the box.
• Real-time reservation logic to prevent double booking.
• PayPal will be the sole payment gateway at launch, so integrate its REST API for secure checkout and webhook-driven confirmation.

Admin Dashboard
A clean, data-rich interface where I can monitor users, events, and sales reports, all pulling from the same NestJS RESTful API you’ll document with Swagger or comparable tooling.

Deliverables
1. Source code for backend (NestJS) and frontend (framework of your choice—React, Vue, or Angular are fine as long as components are typed, unit-tested, and responsive).
2. MongoDB schema files and seed scripts.
3. API documentation, setup instructions, and a short loom/screencast walkthrough.
4. Deployment scripts (Docker-Compose preferred) ready for a VPS or cloud container.

Acceptance Criteria
• Auth flow returns signed JWTs and enforces role access on every protected route.
• PayPal sandbox and live modes both succeed with instant ticket issuance.
• Event overlap and seat cap tests pass 100 % in CI.
• Lighthouse performance score above 85 on core pages.

If this matches your expertise, let’s discuss timelines and milestones—I’m aiming for an MVP in eight weeks or less.
