Fix AWS MongoDB Outage

Job ID: 40185085

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

MongoDB on our AWS-hosted server suddenly shut itself down right after a routine software patch. It now auto-restarts, yet the moment we try to reach the admin panel we’re greeted with connection-related error codes in the logs and nothing else.

I need someone who can dive straight into the instance, interpret those specific connection errors, and get us back into the panel. Along the way I’d like a clear explanation of the root cause—whether it really was that patch or something it triggered—and a change that prevents the same crash loop from happening again.

Deliverables (must-haves)
• Diagnose and fix the connection errors so the admin panel becomes reachable.
• Stabilize MongoDB so it stays up without manual restarts.
• Brief report outlining the root cause, the exact fix you applied, and any follow-up recommendations.

If you know your way around AWS, MongoDB logs, and post-update hiccups, you’ll feel right at home here.
