Electron Packaging & Deployment of App

Project Description:
I have a fully functional desktop application (a PDF to Excel converter) that is 100% complete and working perfectly on my local machine. I am looking for an experienced developer to help me with the final deployment and packaging steps.

The goal is to wrap the existing application in Electron to create distributable installers for Windows (.exe) and macOS (.dmg), and to move the local database to the cloud (MongoDB Atlas) so it's accessible to all users.

Current Status:

The application's core logic is 100% complete. No feature development is needed.

The application is written in React.js and Node.js.

It currently uses a local MongoDB database (which I access using MongoDB Compass).

Required Deliverables:
Integrate the Application into Electron: Take my existing codebase and properly set it up within an Electron wrapper.

Migrate Database to MongoDB Atlas: Help me set up a new, free-tier cluster on MongoDB Atlas and migrate my local database's structure and any initial data to it.

Update Connection Code: Modify the application's code to replace the local database connection string with the new MongoDB Atlas connection string.

Configure Build Scripts: Set up electron-builder (or a similar tool) in the project to create the final distributable files.

Deliver Final Installers: Provide me with the final, runnable .exe file for Windows and .dmg file for macOS.

Required Skills:
Expertise in Electron.js and Electron Builder (or similar)

Strong experience with Node.js

MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas (including migration and cloud setup)

Experience with application packaging for both Windows and macOS

I have the complete, working source code ready to go. I am looking for someone who can complete this packaging and deployment task efficiently.
