I Developer for Kurdish Language & Media Generation Systems (Remote, Long-Term)

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our confidential development initiative focused on creating proprietary Kurdish (Kurmanji) language technologies and AI media generation systems. This is a remote position working with our dedicated technical team.
Project Scope:
You will develop and optimize our AI systems using provided training assets including curated Kurdish audio recordings, text corpora, and media samples. Key development areas include speech synthesis (TTS), speech recognition (STT), live translation, voice cloning, and synchronized avatar animation. The role also involves creating AI solutions for automated blog generation and short film production.
Technical Environment:
- Dedicated AI training servers with GPU acceleration
- Proprietary development tools and frameworks
- Complete training datasets (audio/text/media) provided
- Existing C# .NET support developer for backend integration
- Python/Django/MongoDB technology stack
- Strict no third-party API policy
Responsibilities:
- Train and optimize models using our provided Kurdish language datasets
- Develop media generation pipelines for blogs and videos
- Implement real-time translation capabilities
- Create and refine avatar animation systems
- Collaborate with our .NET developer on system integration
- Maintain strict data security and confidentiality
Requirements:
- 3+ years professional Python AI/ML experience
- Demonstrable experience with NLP and media generation
- Familiarity with training models on provided datasets
- Understanding of secure development practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
