Design, Code, Program a Custom CRM

Job ID: 37150482

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

Hi,

I am looking to build a custom CRM that is HIPAA-compliant and meets high-security demands. It will have APIs to common applications (Mailchimp, Twilio, Google, Calendly, Google Calendar, SignNow/Docusign). This is not an out-of-the-box CRM like Zoho or SalesForce. It will have to be backed up often.

We are looking for a desktop version to start with. Once we get this then we can build a mobile app, if necessary. However, we could just use a desktop version.

It is a medical-legal website for doctors and lawyers. It does not involve pork, profanity, adult content, illegal content, music, etc.

We will have a designer design everything. It should be around 20-25 pages. It will be hosted in the cloud on a server.

QUESTIONS FOR YOU
QUESTION 1: Have you built a CRM before?
QUESTION 2: Which language do you use to program/code (front end, back end, database)?
QUESTION 2.b: Why these languages?
QUESTION 3: What questions do you have about the project?

In addition, we will pay a monthly fee for modifications/edits/minor changes after this is built.

We would like this built in 3-4 weeks.

WHAT APIS WOULD WE CONNECT?
Twilio, Mailchimp, Calendly, Zoom/Google Meet, SignNow/Docusign, Google calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Google Mail, Microsoft Outlook Meail)

WHEN WOULD WE WANT THIS DONE?
3-4 weeks

WHAT FEATURES ARE IMPORTANT?
High-level encryption, HIPAA, backs up frequently, all stored in the cloud, ability to be updated later

DOES IT HAVE TO TAKE PAYMENTS?
No

WHAT LANGUAGE DOES IT HAVE TO BE?
Any. I’ve been told front end = react.js, backend = python , and database = MongoDb. But it is up to you!

IS THIS A ONE TIME PROJECT?
No. We will likely hire you for continual maintenance. This could be a monthly fee.

HOW MANY USERS ARE THERE?
Right now, less than 20. Basically speaking there are 4 classes of users. Admin, staff, doctor, and scribe.

IS THIS MOBILE OR DESKTOP?
Desktop only
