Complete Web-Based Restaurant Reservation System (Next.js + Node.js + Zoho CRM)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are a restaurant developing a digital table reservation system. We have already prepared the initial wireframe code (not a live product) for both the frontend (Next.js) and backend (Node.js Express).
We’re looking for a skilled developer to complete the system and deliver a fully functional web-based reservation app.
-What’s Already Done (Ready to Deliver):
-Next.js frontend code (not deployed)
Responsive reservation page
Form inputs: name, number of guests (1–10), phone number
Validation and confirmation message
- Node.js Express API (demo)
Accepts POST reservation requests
Stores data temporarily in a local JSON file
Note: The existing code is a functional prototype and needs to be converted into a complete working system.
Tasks Required from You:
Integrate Zoho CRM API
You’ll receive: client_id, client_secret, and refresh_token
Push submitted reservations directly into a Zoho CRM module
Build a simple Admin Dashboard
List all reservations
Search, filter, and delete entries
Alert for new reservations
Implement a proper database (MongoDB preferred)
Store reservation data reliably before CRM sync
Deploy the full system
Frontend on Vercel (or similar)
Backend on Render / Railway / Node-capable hosting
Document the project (README)
Setup instructions and how to extend the system
Stack Requirements:
Next.js (React)
Tailwind CSS
Node.js + Express
MongoDB or SQLite
Zoho CRM API integration
Final Goal:
Create a complete online reservation system for our restaurant
Collect customer data and store it in Zoho CRM for future marketing
Make the solution scalable for future use as a SaaS product
Additional Notes:
You are not starting from scratch — base code is provided
Focus is on integration, dashboard, deployment, and documentation
Preference will be given to freelancers with Zoho CRM experience
Timeline:
Deadline: 5 days maximum
