Collecting and processing quiz results (db and APIs)

The scope of the project is to design / code / implement a database, including logic / APIs / queries. Please check the attached excel file, filled with dummy data, before bidding. The final product shall work autonomously in terms of collecting and processing data, once installed on the server.
