Capacitor App Stability Fix
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need an experienced mobile engineer to step in, trace, and fix the problems that have crept into my Capacitor-based iOS and Android app. Over the last five months we have suffered four serious data-loading failures. Alongside that, a notification process has gone rogue, hitting MongoDB nonstop and pushing our Google Cloud spend far beyond forecast. We have not spotted any clear usage pattern that triggers the outages, and our own quick analysis of the notification storm still leaves the root cause unknown.
Your job is to run a full technical investigation, eliminate the defects, and get both stores running on a clean, optimized build.
Deliverables
• Root-cause report covering the data-loading incidents and the excessive notification traffic
• Remediated code with performance and cost improvements (MongoDB queries, GCP services, Capacitor plugins as needed)
• Automated tests confirming the fixes plus load-test results that show stability under peak usage
• Fresh iOS and Android builds, signed and ready for submission, along with release notes
• Short post-deployment monitoring plan so we can track that the fixes hold in production
Acceptance criteria: the app must survive sustained peak load without data-loading failures, notification traffic must fall to an expected baseline, and initial GCP cost metrics should confirm the reduction.
If you are comfortable profiling Capacitor apps, tuning MongoDB, and squeezing every dollar out of GCP, I’m ready to work with you right away.
