Build a local billing app for PC based on an exisisting database in mongodb

I have a MongoDB based database I need to build a basic estimate software to run on PC, entries like prices,item name, units etc are to be retrieved from the database and the software needs to print out estimates. would prefer if online database periodically updates data with local database so that the system can work without internet.
