Build a dashboard in Retool.com based on MongoDB data

We have a job listing website/tool that uses MongoDB. I only have experience working with SQL statements so MongoDB is unknown language for me. So I would need to hire a consultant that can create a nice dashboard in RETOOL.COM that I can use to see and export specific data whenever I need. Basically I want to be able to export specific users data but I also want to create specific "lists" when some specific crtieria is met. For example, let's say we have a job opening X that gets Y amount of "likes" in our app. I would like to be able to export that job and its details along with the users data who has actually "liked" that job. I can explain more in PM and there will be more UI's needed for sure but let's start with this.

NOTE!! We are NOT tied to Retool.com in any way, I just found it and liked it since they have a FREE plan that we can use but if you can recommend something else like this that's also free and secure I'm all ears.
