Bar management system with table plan

I need a bar table management system, where I can create table plans and load items table by table, and then charge them and release the "table".
Table plans must be assigned to users who must be previously registered.
This must be a "master" user and multiple users can be created with permissions to be able to work with the "tables" and assign articles.
The management system must work with WEB SOCKETS modules, since articles, table states and stock must be updated in real time to work on multiple devices.
The plans and tables must be draggable and should be fixed in case you finish editing the place

MongoDB should be used as a database and NodeJs as the main language and Expres for the server.
As a framework I prefer to use BootStrap latest version
