Backend Pro Wanted – Node.js API + Admin Dashboard

I'm looking for an experienced backend engineer to build the backend infrastructure and admin interface for a mobile content monetization platform.
Important:
We want to use Forest Admin (or a similar low-code admin tool like UI Bakery) to build the admin panel quickly and efficiently.
This is a backend-only role – no frontend developers, full-stack teams, or agencies please.
What I'm Looking For:
A solo backend developer (no teams or agencies)
Strong proficiency with Node.js (preferably with Express or NestJS)
Able to work independently and write clean, secure backend logic
Experience with payment flows, wallet systems, user roles, and analytics
Familiarity with Forest Admin, UI Bakery, or similar tools
Responsibilities
Backend Development (Node.js):
Develop a secure REST API for a Flutter mobile app
Implement internal wallet logic (multi-currency support, credit/debit)
Integrate Stripe and/or PayPal for payouts
Manage media uploads using Amazon S3
Generate PDF invoices
Build an affiliate/referral system (master/slave relationship)
Implement support ticket & dispute resolution logic
Secure authentication using JWT
Build a role-based access system
Use PostgreSQL or MongoDB as the database
Admin Panel (Forest Admin or Similar):
View and manage user profiles (wallets, login/IP/device history, risk score)
Detailed transaction breakdown (fees, payouts, affiliate commissions)
Media moderation tools (flag, delete, suspend)
Tools for ticket and dispute resolution
Tagging system for users and content (e.g., “VIP”, “Flagged”)
Bulk actions (suspend, export, tag, etc.)
Analytics dashboard (sales, refunds, affiliate performance)
Manage PSP routing settings (per currency)
Data Migration Scope:
You'll also be responsible for migrating data from an existing Laravel + MySQL system.
What needs to be migrated:
Users: login credentials, profile data, wallet balances
Media: S3 URLs linked to the correct users (no re-upload needed)
Affiliate relationships: preserve existing master <-> slave structure
Expectations:
Clean, modular Node.js code
Role-based access controls and input validation
Securely encrypted API/PSP keys
Well-documented APIs (Swagger or Postman)
