I am looking for someone to help implement broad changes to individual workspaces within my company's Monday.com. This project involves a complete revamp of existing workspaces, including adding new (templated) boards, setting up dashboards, data migration, and reorganization. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Monday.com and be proficient in making these types of changes.
The changes should be implemented within the next three weeks, and there are abut 45 workspaces that need to be changed. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently and effectively to complete these changes within the specified timeline.
I just did one full migration and took notes as if I were writing the manual for our employees to complete, so I attached that in order to give a stronger sense of what this entails. It took me about half an hour to complete a full migration for one workspace, to give a sense of time consumption.
