We are looking for a new team member who wants to build a career with Thornwood Homes Real Estate. You will be running our property insurance division, helping the delinquency department send text messages to tenants. You will be editing and building spreadsheets as well as handling a variety of day-to-day tasks that come up in the course of ordinary business. You will be tracking our utilities related to our properties. We use Monday.com, appfolio and Google suite as our main software solutions. We are looking for someone with good people skills and great work ethic. Good organizational skills and the ability to speak basic English are needed for this position.
