Pivot table in monday.com

Monday.com Dashboard Task -"projected hardware needed"
i have list of hw my client needs but it is per client. i need to sum it by the item they want so i will know how much needed per item (total and break down by Qtr.)
the main task - create a dashboard in monday.com (table format) to board 3, group "final pricing" to summarize the amount of items by building block: A. server group by dell/segate/viking) B: Jbod group C: media group D: Network expansions
in the above table add sum by the next 4 q Q projected
pre action task - in board 2 , when a new subitem is created, update the subitem building block based on board # 1 (I am not sure if this is needed)
the work will be done on my computer from remote using UltraViewer which will give you access to my monday and make.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficient in using Monday.com, especially its data visualization and analysis features.
- Experience in automating data updates, preferably with the ability to implement a solution that ensures data within the pivot table is refreshed daily without manual intervention.
