Monday.com Pricebook Proposal Automation Webapp
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a web-based system that lets my team build and maintain a live pricebook, turn any snapshot of it into a polished PDF proposal, and collect signatures right inside the app. GetSign or DocuSign—either works for me, as long as the signer’s certificate is stored with the proposal and the signed file is locked against further editing.
Once a proposal is accepted the system should automatically spin up a project on a board, create its milestones, and trigger notification emails. I like a Kanban board for day-to-day use but also want a simple table view so management can see overall status at a glance.
Core workflow
• Issue: user grabs a price snapshot, generates the proposal, pushes it for signature.
• Accept: signed proposal locks, a project record is created, the related tasks/milestones appear on the board, assignees are notified.
Key features to build
• Central pricebook with role-based permissions; only approved users can change prices.
• Light audit trail that shows who changed what and when.
• Mobile-friendly screens, fast photo uploads from site, graceful offline handling with queued updates.
• Admin view to confirm we stay within my Pro plan limits and to surface any extra third-party costs; I’ll connect QuickBooks Online at a later phase.
