Monday.com Governance Workflow
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a fully-structured workflow in Monday.com that walks a project team through our entire security control governance lifecycle. The flow must start at project initiation, guide users through Planning and Initiation, Execution and Monitoring, then finish with Closure and Review, recording every approval and control checkpoint along the way.
Here is what must be built and delivered:
• Boards & Views
– One master board per stage with clearly linked sub-items so the hand-off from Planning and Initiation to Execution and Monitoring, and finally to Closure and Review, is seamless.
– Custom item types or templates that prompt for control descriptions, owners, and target dates.
• Automations & Notifications
– Status update notifications that fire whenever an item’s stage, risk level, or owner changes.
– Deadline reminders scheduled relative to each task’s due date, keeping stakeholders aware before anything slips.
• Evidence Capture
– File columns or connected forms that let the team upload Compliance documents.
– Automated saving of Audit logs, ideally using Monday.com integrations (or Integromat/Make, Zapier, or native automations) so nothing is lost.
• Dashboards
– A high-level security governance dashboard showing overall project health, outstanding controls, and upcoming deadlines.
– Drill-down widgets for evidence completeness and audit-readiness.
• Handoff Pack
– A concise user guide and short loom/video walkthrough so the team can adopt the workflow immediately.
Acceptance criteria: every stage is represented by its own board or group, automations trigger the specified notifications without manual intervention, evidence fields accept uploads and are reflected in the dashboards, and the dashboards update in real time.
If you are fluent with Monday.com’s board architecture, native automations, formula columns, and dashboard widgets, let’s get this built.
