Monday.com Form - add some conditions and automation - Quick one to do now
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
We have a existing form with some hidden and some shown fields and also some conditions. We seek to update it with:
1.
Make the date picker/calender able to be multiple dates selected eg: select Oct 3, OCT 6 and Oct 9 - right now only one date with selection tool.
2.
Where it is currently 2 questions (1."Invoice number for this transaction" and "upload invoice" - both should be in the same question. "Add your invoice number below or upload your invoice if you prefer"
3.
When question "How many of your posse/group performed" is selected, depending on how many people they choose - if you selct 3 then ALL THE Questions below that (7 of them) will appear 7 times (but "additional feedback appears only one time) each 7 questions will be written as:
Person 1
Person 2
Person 3
(depenting on how many people they selected for "how many of your posse/group performed"

create one simple automation: when a form is filled out a gmail will be sent and also monday.com notification
