I am in need of an experienced CRM expert who can efficiently set up and customize a Monday.com CRM for c.10 users. The main functionality required for this setup would be oriented towards robust project management tracking in the UK property sector.
Foundation Partners is at a pivotal growth stage, managing a portfolio of properties for global investors with plans for significant expansion. Our current monday.com setup is impacting our ability to scale due to:
- Manual and disjointed processes across unlinked boards (properties, viewings, conveyancing, and construction).
- High administrative load and lack of system automation.
- Poor visibility into project progress and performance metrics.
- Difficulty in managing communications and monitoring contractor activities.
- A need for investor-facing dashboards to present deal progress, milestones, and financial data.
Without a robust system in place, the team is struggling to maintain efficiency, and the lack of automation and performance visibility is holding back rapid growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up user profiles.
- Establishing the necessary permissions and privacy settings.
- Optimising the system for improved efficiencies and effectiveness throughout-out the project lifecycle.
- Working with our Real Estate Partner to build out and customise our existing platform.
Ideal Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in CRM setup and Monday.com.
- Deep understanding of project work flow tracking within Monday.com.
- Ability to design and implement KPI Reports and Dashboards to optimise our sales processes.
