Monday.com Automation Setup & Training

I’m ready to move our daily operations into Monday.com and need an expert who can both build the system and walk my team through it. The solution must cover three core areas of our workflow—project management, sales tracking, and customer service—so everything from new-lead intake to post-sale follow-up lives in one place.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• System architecture: create boards, dashboards, and connected views that make it easy for us to see project timelines, deal stages, and support tickets at a glance.
• Custom templates: design reusable templates that fit our exact processes instead of relying on Monday.com’s standard options.
• Automations & integrations: set up status-based triggers, email or Slack notifications, and any native or third-party integrations that keep data flowing without manual updates.
• Training & documentation: run live screen-share sessions (recorded for later reference) and supply concise SOPs so my whole team can hit the ground running.
