MONDAY CRM SETUP

Set up a structured, user-friendly and scalable sales process in Monday CRM that aligns with our four defined sales phases: Qualify, Develop, Propose, and Close. See exhibit 1 in attached Word document for a description of the sales process. The process must support data entry, collaboration across roles, and provide visual clarity for pipeline management and reporting. Attached project brief and specification of expected fields to be created in Monday CRM. Please bring your experience with sales management projects to the table and challenge the assignment based on best practices.
