Build Structured Monday.com Board
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need our existing operational-readiness spreadsheet rebuilt inside Monday.com so my team can stop wrestling with rows and start working from a live, collaborative workspace. The source sheet covers five streams—Programs & Services, People, Policy, Operations and Place—and every one of them must appear on the board.
Here’s the way I picture it: the primary view is organised by those categories, with each stream set up as its own group and its tasks nested as sub-items. I also want a dedicated area for the marketing plan and another for the recruitment timeline, both tied back to the main categories so we keep everything in one place.
Dependencies should shift automatically as items move, so please use Monday.com’s native dependency column and automation recipes to make dates recalculate on their own. Timelines, workload and status dashboards need to be configured so leadership can see progress at a glance without extra clicks.
Deliverables
• A fully built Monday.com board reflecting all five streams, the marketing plan and the recruitment schedule
• Automations that keep dependencies, dates and status reports in sync
• Dashboards for timeline, workload and category progress
• Quick-start guide (one-pager or short Loom) showing the team how to add tasks, update status and read the reports
Once handed over, the board should be intuitive enough that a new team member can jump in and understand where we are within minutes.
