- Manage customer reservations, and other general inquiries
- Work comfortably with CRM tools, preferably Zendesk
- Maintain a keen understanding of our rent-a-car broker service
Ideal candidate:
- Fluent in both French and English
- Experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with reservation management and the rent-a-car industry
- Comfortable with helpdesk operations and using CRM tools, ideally Zendesk.
