Assistance implementing a time tracker and overall project performance system in Monday.com

I am the owner of an existing business called Futura Systems, and I am looking for assistance implementing a time tracker and overall project performance system in Monday.com. I am a beginner when it comes to Monday.com, but my main objective is to improve the live tracking of my projects from a financial perspective. I would like help setting up and managing a time tracker and project tracking system that can keep me and my team on track, while also measuring our progress against stated goals. Ultimately, I want a system that will improve visibility into how projects are progressing from a financial perspective.
Examples of our excel project tracker, which we want in Monday and our timesheets. We need all the information in Monday.com, but also exportable back out. We have set up a Xero integration which pulls all materials PO's into Xero, but need a way to consolodate all this info into one place in MOnday.com Ideally we want a solution which doesn't require us to have to upgrade to the enterprise package to get the pivot table app if possible.
