R Predictive Model Development

I need R code to create a predictive model. Building the model will require multiple steps including several iterations of:

- Mixed Meta Regression
- Random Forest
- Partial Least Squares (PLS)

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in R
- Experience with mixed meta regression, random forest, and PLS
