Watch Dogs Nexus Mod Installation Help

Hello, I'm urgently in need of someone who is aware of game modding, more specifically that is aware of or that is able to use Gibbed Tools for a Nexus mod installation for the game watch dogs. For the past few days I've been trying to get this installed and I've been running into errors with Gibbed Tools such as "type mismatch" or "could not find a part of the path" errors that open in command prompt when converting and xml file. Nothing has been tampered with This is downloaded directly from the Nexus mods page I've already tried verifying files to my game to start from scratch multiple times and it doesn't work. There's a step in the instructions that requires me to drag an XML file onto the disrupt convert binary object tool and the parallel lib file should have the time updated once I do that as a sign that it worked But for me it doesn't do that and I keep getting a type mismatch error and the time doesn't update. If I skip over the step and go in game or try to get around the step and my character appears with the correct outfit but the head such as hair glasses and other details do not show up which means it did not properly go through.
