Mod for a Casual Item Description of current Implement in use for Farming Simulator 22

I'm seeking a freelancer to craft a mod for friendly, easy-going descriptions for tools and equipment in Farmer Simulator 22.

Your task will be to create a simple text description of what implement is currently selected while in a vehicle in farmer simulator 22 on Steam on windows.
All I need is a mod that I would be able to insert into the mod folder for farmer simulator 22. The mod would just need to be able to tell me what current implement is selected while inside of a tractor that has multiple implements hooked to it. I would like the name of the implement currently selected as to know which I am working with in the moment, displayed on the main playing screen in real time.
