xamarin app

I'm looking for a basic Xamarin mobile app. The app has BLUETOOTH using the Nordic NUS serial service. It's a user interface for an industrial device. there would be one or two main screens and then a few menu screens with options. The program would need a database backend to store some config settings and recall them to send to the device. It will need to scan for and connect to the device over BLE and then allow the user to interface with the device using several commands to read/set values.
