I want to get the ipa file from xamarin -- 2

I have a project that I have programmed with xamarin and I am the first time I work on ios and I have made a developer account with Apple for 99 dollars - I want to get the ipa file in a correct way so that it works on any iPhone - because the problem I have is I got the ipa file but it only works on My mobile is only me, but when I add it to other mobiles, the message “installation package validation failed or the device did not jailbreak” appears.
Note: I rented a macincloud server
