I want to build an job hunting app for university students in the UK

I am hoping to create a job-hunting app for university students. It will mainly be paid jobs and other volunteering positions across all the in different industries, that are mostly based in the West Midlands.
The App builds an automated cv for you as you complete each job and highlights jobs and skills that can be used for extra credit. I would like the jobs highlighted at the top of their page to relate to what the user is studying. I would like a Video referencing and written reviews platform visible to the public if the user wishes to publish.
