unSHAKEable App

We are looking for Mobile App Developers with the capabilities to create an app that can take pictures of our user's faces, hair, and hands. Then match the different colors in the faces, hair, and hands to selected colors and information that coincides with those features. We want our users to have state-of-the-art user experiences through special sound effects, 3D, and graphics. One example happens when users' faces are scanned we want a green light motion to shine and other 3D special effects throughout the entire mobile app.
